We celebrated Lucy's birthday a day early so we could include all the kids. The "big" kids all have jobs and/or live too far away to make a Monday evening celebration possible, so we had the big event on Sunday. It included a Mexican meal with Lucy's favorite Spanish rice (recipe provided by her foster mom), red velvet cake (because red is her favorite color), Christmas tree decorating, computer and Wii gaming, entertainment provided by the sibs and of course, gifts.
