Well our agency came through in a big way and the email arrived tonight at 10:30 PM that we have our consulate appointment!!! LEAP DAY!! February 29!!!
We fly out of Dulles on Thursday, February 16 at 12:30 pm arriving in Beijing on Friday, February 17 at 3:30 pm. We meet Alice on Sunday and take temporary custody of her. Monday we complete the adoption. The rest of the week we are in Beijing touring and waiting on her passport. Friday, February 24 older DD flies home while the rest of us fly south to Guangzhou. I'll fill the rest of the details later, but we fly home Friday, March 2.
I think I'll call it a day for now, but I am going to sleep so much better tonight.
