Because the 3 documents to update our dossier for this second adoption are flying from east coast to west coast tonight in a big brown plane. So happy to be finished with the certification process and that round of red tape and bureaucracy. WACAP is promising super fast processing so look for a DTC (Dossier to China) announcement in the next 48 hours. Whoop! Whoop!
